For your convenience, we have summarized the main principles of our Delivery & Returns policy for the customers shopping on our website:
1. Delivery and Shipping
Orders over 250 NIS do not require a shipping fee.
Orders under 250 NIS require a shipping fee of 40 NIS to be paid to FedEx or in accordance with the Israel Post Company’s rates via registered mail or courier service.
Door-to-door shipping by FedEx will be conformed by them in advance. Delivery within 3 business days.
Shipping via Israel Postal Company may be delayed for several days (up to 14 days) due to heavy loads.
“Business Days” – weekdays, Sunday to Thursday, not including Friday, Saturday, holiday eves and holidays.
“Hafatzim” is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies and the Israel Postal Company, strikes, natural disasters and security events.
Shipping will be carried out to any location included in the map of distribution areas provided by the Israel Postal Company or FedEx. Shipping to locations that are not included in this map shall be carried out by prior arrangements over the phone.
The aforementioned delivery dates do not include sold out items.
2. Returns and Cancellations
In case of transaction cancellation after billing – customer will be charged with a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction.
Refund will be carried out upon receiving the returned product in its original packaging at the “Hafatzim” warehouse and only after ensuring that the product is undamaged.
Shipping fee in case of return shall be paid by the customer.
Each returned item must be undamaged and sent in its original package.
“Hafatzim” has sole discretion on the condition of the returned items.
Returned items shall be sent to the firm’s warehouse, located in Moshav Ginaton. Prior arrangement over the phone is required.
Custom made items cannot be returned.
Since all our items are handmade from natural materials, such as wood, or by manual glass blowing, we recommend visiting our warehouse in Moshav Ginaton to select a suitable item, in case the customer puts a special emphasis on the item’s visual subtleties.

“Hafatzim” management may revise the shipping and returns policy and rates from time to time and without prior notice.
The valid price of order that has been carried out is the price stated at the end of the ordering process (which includes providing credit card details).
